When I came across this walnut at one of my local sawmills I just had to buy it. Its sister piece was a wonderful anthracite grey coffee table on wishbone legs (photographed) I think this worked so well I would love to do it again.

My thoughts on the piece:

I thought the first walnut slab worked so well I would love to do it all over again. I would definitely make the slab narrower to 600mm. The resin colour could be played with - the walnut is so rich and dark perhaps we could contrast the resin colour maybe?
